Terms and conditions for KVU® - T/Th/F Monthly Billing

KVU Terms and Conditions

Enrollment in our Kidville University (KVU) program grants KVU members access to the program and playspace. Playspace access is extended to siblings ages 6 years and younger. Enrollment in Kidville University (KVU) will begin on the first day of the semester and be billed on a monthly, Session or yearly payment schedule as selected by the family.

In the event of a mandated closure or quarantine of more than 2 weeks the following months’ payment will be prorated. If the closure is less than 2 weeks the semester will be extended for the amount of missed classes. This does not include holidays and breaks built into KVU schedule.

Upon purchase it is understood and agreed that Kidville FiDi will collect future payments by debiting the credit card provided. It is further agreed that Kidville FiDi has permission to make future monthly debits until notified in writing otherwise. The KVU member agrees to keep their account up-to-date with a valid credit card. If additional costs are incurred by Kidville FiDi to collect payments referenced, those costs plus a $45 service charge will be applied. Your payment reserves enrollment for your child(ren) regardless of attendance. KVU class sessions have no cash value and your account cannot be placed on hold. There are no make up classes for KVU. All Sales Are Final.

KVU members agree to abide by all health and safety procedures put forth by Kidville FiDi, NY DOMH, or the CDC to ensure the safest environment for all participants and staff. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of face coverings, which will be recommended for all adults and any children over the age of 2.5 years old while in the facility.

A self declaration of health is required to be filled out and signed during each visit by every person attending class and a covid-19 waiver is required to be signed prior to the start of the session. Allergies and other medical conditions that may affect attendance must also be communicated at enrollment. Children must be fever free for 24 hours before returning to classes, and will be required to be picked up from class if a temperature of 100.3 and higher is present.
