Terms and conditions for Triple Class Membership

Our Triple Class Membership is automatically billed on a monthly basis and continues until written notice is given 30 days prior to your next payment. All cancellations must be requested in email to mayor.fidi@mykidville.com. Upon purchasing a membership it is understood and agreed that Kidville Financial District will collect future payments by debiting the credit card provided. It is further agreed that Kidville Financial District has permission to make future monthly debits until notified in writing otherwise. The member agrees to keep their account up-to-date with a valid credit card. If additional costs are incurred by Kidville Financial District to collect payments referenced, those costs plus a $45 service charge will be applied. Your payment reserves a membership for your child(ren) regardless of attendance. In special circumstances and at the discretion of Kidville Financial District, the membership account can be placed on hold for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months, and will be subject to any applicable fees. Classes and playspace have no cash value. All Sales Are Final.

Per our policies and terms, Kidville University and Camp Kidville purchases have different refund policies. Please see below:

Kidville University (KVU):
  • Full refunds will be issued through March 15. 50% refunds will be issued March 16 - June 15. No refunds will be issued after June 15. The specified dates contained in this paragraph are the March 15, March 16, and June 15 directly prior to the start of your KVU class.

Camps:
  • For Spring/Summer Camp, full refunds will be issued through March 1. 50% refunds will be issued March 2 - April 1. No refunds will be issued after April 1. The specified dates contained in this paragraph are the March 1, March 2, and April 1 directly prior to the start of your camp session(s).
